The Iranian commander emphasized that the October 1 missile strike on Israel barely scratched the surface of Iran’s defense power.

“We are acutely aware of Israel’s vulnerabilities,” stated Salami with confidence.

Amidst these tensions, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi traveled to Egypt on Thursday to engage in diplomatic negotiations aimed at averting any Israeli military action against Iran.

Tehran remains on high alert, bracing for a possible Israeli military response to the October 1 missile incident, which Iran claims was retaliation for the recent assassinations of high-ranking figures in Hezbollah and Hamas.

Israel has ominously threatened a retributive strike that would be “lethal, precise, and especially surprising” against Iran.

The boiling tensions have their roots in Israel’s fierce offensive on Gaza which culminated in over 42,400 casualties, predominantly affecting women and children after last year’s Hamas offensive.

Additionally, the conflict has spilled over into Lebanon, where Israeli airstrikes have tragically resulted in more than 1,500 deaths and left over 4,500 injured in just the past month.
