Real Madrid want Van de Beek loan
Manchester United are open to letting midfielder Donny van de Beek leave the club this summer, with Real Madrid as the latest to express interest in the Dutchman.
Van de Beek was strongly linked with a move to Real last summer but surprisingly ended up with United in a £ 40million move that quickly turned sour as he got just four Premier League starts in his debut season.

United are expected to listen to offers for Van de Beek this summer, and the Daily Star claims that Real have reached an agreement to finally take the Dutchman over to the Santiago Bernabeu.
Real are believed to have asked to bring in Van de Beek on loan, given that they are not really overflowing with cash and are still trying to sign PSG’s Kylian Mbappe, but they would be willing to pay for him next season.
As the story goes, United are open to the idea and have told Real that they will have to pay a fee of 2 million pounds this summer to land Van de Beek for one season, but only if they commit to buy him permanently next year.
United are expected to demand that they recover almost all of their £ 40 million for Van de Beek, which indicates that Real must accept an obligation to buy Van de Beek permanently for around £ 35 million.
There has also been a loan request from Ajax, but it has been rejected by United because the Dutch side does not want to agree to the obligation to buy Van de Beek permanently next summer.
Van de Beek is not considered desperate to leave Old Trafford, but believes he has unfinished business at the club, but he would not mind leaving United if the right proposal came.

His chances in regular minutes at United seem narrow due to the presence of Bruno Fernandes, who has been outstanding since joining the club in January 2020 and is expected to dominate the protocol at the attacking midfield position.
Ole Gunnar Solskjær must also make a decision about the future of Jesse Lingard, who excelled in the same position as Van de Beek while he was on loan at West Ham United last season.
