Martial & Van de Beek could be sold
Manchester United could listen to offers for striker Anthony Martial and midfielder Donny van de Beek for next season, with both players thought to be available at the right price.

Neither Martial nor Van de Beek impressed during the 2020/21 campaign and United could consider the pair that is worth selling when the squad is built under Ole Gunnar Solskjær continues.
Hopes were high for both players before last season, which perhaps made it all the more disappointing when they failed to live up to expectations.
Despite scoring 23 goals in all competitions during what has been a milestone year 2019/20, Martial failed to become number nine. Even before injury ended his season too early, he had been bad and found the net in just three Premier League matches.

Edinson Cavani’s form in the second half of the season ensured that Martial was not even missed when he was sent off from March and the veteran Uruguayan will probably start the new season as the club’s primary striker.
Van de Beek was hailed in the meantime as he completed a £ 40m transfer from Ajax, having been a key part of the Dutch club’s journey to the 2018/19 Champions League semi-finals and nominated for the Ballon d’Or 2019 as a result of his performances.
Van de Beek even scored on his United debut from the bench but apparently failed to impress Solskjaer after that. He started just four Premier League games all season, with two of them coming in May alone, and looks more and more without confidence at every fleeting appearance.
ESPN writes that United do not expect much in the way of departures from the first team in the first team, which Martial and Van de Beek would probably still be a part of despite back-up roles, but both have been the subject of requests from agents and intermediaries asking about availability.

It is said that United have responded to such requests by saying “every player has a realistic value”, suggesting that the club would at least consider potential offers.
What these realistic values for Martial and Van de Beek may be is not clear, but selling either or both may have the added benefit of collecting additional means of transmission.
People like Andreas Pereira and Diogo Dalot, who spent last season on loan at Lazio and AC Milan respectively, are not considered part of the “core group” and will leave. However, it is said that a decision has not yet been made on Jesse Lingard after he revived his loan career at West Ham.
