Paris Saint-Germain are open to selling a number of first team names when they want to finance moves for both Man Utd’s Paul Pogba and AC Milan’s Theo Hernandez.
PSG have already made a number of smart moves this summer, taking in Georginio Wijnaldum, Sergio Ramos and Gianluigi Donnarumma on a free transfer, as well as landing Achraf Hakimi for £ 55m from Inter and making Danilo Pereira’s loan from Porto permanent for £ 14m.
And it seems that Les Parisiens is not finished yet, with blockbuster offers for the French Pogba and Hernandez on their radar. Man Utd expect a move from PSG for Pogba, who may be available for a reduced price when he enters the final year of his contract, while second place in Ligue 1 has already received a 40 million euro in Hernandez rejected by Rossoneri.

However, it has been their spending on salaries and transfer fees in the midst of the financial turmoil of the coronavirus pandemic, it seems that PSG now have to consider selling some of their big names to finance further arrivals.
According to Canal Supporters (via Get French Football News), in their attempt to raise money, PSG are open to offers for all players other than the above mentioned new players and Keylor Navas, Presnel Kimpembe, Marquinhos, Marco Verratti, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
This means that a number of big names are in the shop window, including defenders Thilo Kehrer, Juan Bernat and Layvin Kurzawa, midfielders Leandro Paredes, Idrissa Gueye and Ander Herrera and strikers Angel Di Maria, Julian Draxler, Pablo Sarabia and Mauro Icardi. The young left-back Mitchel Bakker has already been sold to Bayer Leverkusen.
Whether all of those names will resign remains to be seen, but Mauricio Pochettino is clearly keen to speed up his extraordinary squad audit with player sales. The additions of Pogba and Hernandez would probably once again see two very skilled members of the PSG squad replaced by a world-class pair – a trend across the team so far this summer.

The club’s hierarchy is obviously not resting on its laurels as they want to regain their Ligue 1 crown and secure their first ever Champions League triumph in 2021/22.
