Jon Rahm gives his son a brilliant and (possibly) football-inspired name

Since this is a football website, you may be wondering why on earth we report Jon Rahm.

Rahm is one of the best golfers in the world and has won a number of major events since he became a professional in 2016 and before that he was a top-ranked golf amateur for a record 60 weeks in a row.

So, what has he done to earn his own 90-minute article?

In addition to being a world-famous golfer, Rahm is also a diehard Athletic Club fan, who often publishes about his beloved page on his social media. Recently, Bilbao’s favorite Aritz Aduriz gave him a signed shirt – but that’s not what this article is about.

Instead, Rahm has caught our eye by naming his newborn with an absolutely astonishing, football-inspired name. He announced the news of his son’s birth on Instagram and said: “Kepa Cahill Rahm, was born on April 3, 21 at 12:15. Momma Kelley is feeling well and recovering. Kepa is also in good health. He is 7.2 lb and 20, 5 inches, big boy from the Basque Country. Without a doubt the biggest day of my life! “

First of all, well done Jon for acknowledging that children should be the best moment in your life. Gary Neville, who once said winning a Premier League title was a better feeling than having his children born, could learn a thing or two from you.

Secondly, thank you for blessing us by giving your son two strong football names. To be fair, no wonder an Athletic fan would like to thank Kepa Arrizabalaga by naming his child after him. Getting over £ 70 million for a goalkeeper with hands as greasy as his is definitely reason to celebrate.

Will Kepa take after his name Gary or Tim (Cahill) we wonder? Either way he will be good in the air.
