Mino Raiola confirms Borussia Dortmund’s attitude to Erling Haaland’s transfer
Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland’s agent Mino Raiola has confirmed that the German team’s determination to keep the Norwegian will not stop him from exploring all his options.
Raiola has been running around Europe for talks with some of the game’s biggest clubs recently, all of which are planning big money for Haaland. He has already met Barcelona and Real Madrid, and he is expected in England soon for talks with Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City.

Dortmund have repeatedly emphasized that they do not want to sell Haaland this summer. Director Michael Zorc recently told Sportschau: “I like to stick to what the contract base looks like and how the direct talks went last week. We have a very clear plan to enter the new season with Erling. ”
Despite this determination, Raiola admitted to Sport1 that he would not do his job as an agent if he was not constantly looking for alternatives to Haaland.
“I can confirm that I was in Dortmund for talks, Raiola began.” Michael Zorc made it clear to us that BVB does not want to sell Erling this summer. I respect that opinion, but that does not automatically mean that I agree. BVB was very clear in its views, and we are okay with that.

“There is no war between us and BVB – absolutely not! The relationship with Zorc, Hans-Joachim Watzke and Sebastian Kehl is still good.”
Raiola also took the opportunity to reject reports indicating that he is looking for a huge fee for his services or Haaland has demanded a huge salary. 90 Minutes exclusively revealed earlier in April that such rumors were fictitious, with negotiations with clubs simply focusing on sports projects at the moment.
“There’s a lot of nonsense written about me,” Raiola said of the reports. “But I do not care. I will never talk about talks or negotiations in the media. I only talk about it with my players, their families and their respective clubs.”

Raiola will continue its European pursuit of suitors for Haaland, although the striker will move this summer remains in the air.
He is expected to demand a fee of close to £ 150 million, which in a world after COVID is not exactly the most affordable sum. City and Real are not expected to send out that kind of money, while United are prepared to withdraw from the talks early if the figure remains too high.
