The Manchester United line-up that will start against Tottenham Hotspur
Manchester United return to domestic action on Sunday afternoon when they travel to London to face Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham Hotspur.
The hosts have been in rocky form of late but bounced back well to beat Aston Villa 2-0 after a humiliating Europa League exit to Dinamo Zagreb last month. Spurs have since drawn 2-2 against Newcastle, leaving them sixth and three points outside West Ham in fourth place.
United on the other hand look good to qualify for the Champions League when they are second in the table and are currently nine points from fifth place. Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s men are undefeated in ten Premier League matches, although five wins and five draws show a certain inconsistency. The Red Devils are fresh from a successful (and, hmmm, eventful) trip to Granada where they beat their hosts 2-0 in the first leg of their Europa League quarter-final and were briefly interrupted by ‘celebrity nudist’ Olmo Garcia.
While their trip to the Spurs may not provide that kind of excitement, it should still be an exciting tie. And here’s the Manchester United series that should start it.

Dean Henderson (GK) – David De Gea started in the middle of the week, but Henderson has proven to be a worthy first-hand stopper with 12 clean sheets in 20 games.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka (RB) – Has had a decent season so far and made more tackles in the Premier League than any other United player in this promotion. Victor Lindelof (CB) – Has performed well recently and even got an assist against Granada last time. Clearly the first choice to work with the captain at the back.Harry Maguire (CB) – The Englishman has so far had a very good season and will be captain this weekend. Luke Shaw (LB) – An outstanding artist for most of the season and has become crucial for United. Have not missed a Premier League game since mid-December.

Fred (CM) – Did not participate in the Europa League on Thursday, but can come back to the side instead of Paul Pogba to provide some coverage for the four backs.
Scott McTominay (CM) – Enjoying a fantastic season at Old Trafford, having already scored seven goals in all competitions from midfield.Bruno Fernandes (AM) – In its day, the Portuguese international can decide a match itself. His astonishing United form continues and has so far garnered 24 goals and 13 assists.

Daniel James (RW) – To take his chances in start XI really well and, even though he has not scored since the end of February, he deserves to keep his place in the lineup.
Mason Greenwood (ST) – With Martial expected to be out for a while, Greenwood has a huge chance of securing this spot. With only two league goals to his name this season, he must start to increase.
Marcus Rashford (LW) – Got his 20th goal of the season on Thursday night and poses a real threat to anyone when he is in the mood. Can be crucial for Solskjaer’s side.
