No program shutdown or help is not officially announced. The dialogue is not broken with the authorities, the exchanges are regular, indicating several partners. But some donors are wondering about the Russian partner’s potential disruptions. One of them emphasizes the deterioration of relations with certain authorities close to this partner. Everyone agrees and says that they expect openness and clarification. Because if the field of defense is one thing, the health and education specifications are examined separately. Donors invest heavily in these sectors.
Among the milestones that should reassure international partners: a thorough investigation on “accusations” of abuses by Central African and allied armed forces, engage in inclusive dialogue or form a new government.
