Some regional leaders urge the appointed FIET to act in “their own interests”. Each FMS is assigned two seats in FIET and the dispute settlement mechanism.
On Tuesday, FIET troops opened fire on what Irro said was “contrary to the organization’s core mission.” The statement also warned the president that if he chooses to do paperwork regardless of his complaint, he will be responsible for any incidents that may occur during the election.
FMS is in the selection of representatives to elect representatives. Unlike previous procedures, the Irro team now only leaves the practice to clan elders and civil society groups. Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Robl convened a meeting between FMS and CSF in Mogadishu to discuss the reasons for the election.
The meeting is scheduled to start today [Thursday] and will be chaired by Robl. A group of traditional elders sat down and chose to stand for election. After the election of members of Congress, the House of Commons and the Senate elect the President of the country.
