Wan-Bissaka’s Injury Causes Concern for Man Utd
Aaron Wan-Bissaka will be sidelined for several weeks due to an injury, which is causing trouble for Manchester United’s manager, Erik ten Hag, as their season starts to unravel.
Despite a promising start under the Dutchman, United has faced numerous off-field issues, which have been compounded by poor performances and results on the field. Their recent 3-1 home loss to Brighton marks the first time in the Premier League era that the Red Devils have lost three out of their first five matches.

United has already had to deal with a lengthy list of injured players this season, including Luke Shaw, Mason Mount, and Raphael Varane. Ten Hag denied that United is in crisis ahead of their tough Champions League group opener against Bayern Munich on Wednesday. However, he will now have to plan without defender Wan-Bissaka.
“Aaron Wan-Bissaka sustained an injury during the closing stages of Saturday’s game against Brighton and Hove Albion, and he will be out for a period of time. Wan-Bissaka came on as an 85th-minute substitute after battling illness during the week. Further assessment will determine the length of his absence, but initial indications suggest that he will be sidelined for several weeks,” the club stated on Monday.
