Uganda: KCCA Fails to Deliver on Roads’ Promise Once More
[Nile Post] The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has fallen short of its commitment to begin the development of 69.70 kilometers of city roads by February and September 2023, as previously announced. As expressed by political leaders in Kampala city, the majority of the problematic roads, which are divided into categories Lot 1, 2, 3, and 4, have not yet initiated any construction work. Moreover, the roads that have started are far from reaching even the halfway mark of completion.
