Today, he will undergo an MRI scan for further evaluation of his injury. Some media outlets are already speculating that he may be sidelined for approximately six weeks.

Upon seeing Vinicius’ post, several of his teammates, including Rodrygo, Fede Valverde, Camavinga, Militao, Bellingham, and Fran García, left supportive and affectionate messages in the comments. Even his compatriot Neymar expressed his well wishes.
Unfortunately, Vinicius is expected to miss the upcoming derby against Atletico on the 24th, but he should recover in time to participate in the highly-anticipated El Clasico against Barcelona on October 29th. These matches are crucial for Carlo Ancelotti’s team, along with fixtures against Getafe, Real Sociedad, Las Palmas, Girona, Osasuna, and Sevilla during the next eight weeks before the year comes to a close.
Vinicius’ injury adds to the growing list of injured players in Real Madrid, including Eder Militao, Thibaut Courtois, Arda Güler, Dani Ceballos, and Ferland Mendy. This situation highlights the concerns expressed by the Real Madrid coach regarding the demanding schedule of games.
