Possible Rewrite: Chelsea Contemplating Potential Transfer for Barcelona Duo and Arsenal Midfielder Smith Rowe

The interest in these players is still in its early stages, but it may pick up momentum quickly. Manager Mauricio Pochettino is looking to strengthen the team’s attacking options before the transfer window closes on Friday.
