Official Barcelona squad roster for upcoming Mallorca match
Barcelona has revealed their 20-man team for their upcoming La Liga match against Mallorca. Frenkie de Jong will not be able to play due to an injury he sustained in the game against Celta Vigo, joining Pedri on the sidelines.
Barca, currently the leaders of La Liga after Real Madrid’s loss to Atletico, will be heading to Mallorca on Tuesday for the seventh matchday of the league.
Xavi Hernandez, the Barcelona manager, has announced the squad for the match, but he will have to cope without the presence of his talented midfielders, Frenkie de Jong and Pedri.
De Jong injured his ankle during the clash against Celta Vigo and is expected to be out of action until the end of November. Pedri, on the other hand, has been dealing with a thigh injury for several weeks but is anticipated to return in mid-October.
Despite the absence of these two players, Barcelona is fortunate to have a full squad apart from them.
