Negotiations Between Rennes and Spurs Over Sanchez; Yildirim Remains a Target

According to reports from Turkish press and ‘Le Parisien’, Stade Rennais is currently showing interest in acquiring the services of Bertug Yildirim, who is a striker for Hatayspor. Furthermore, discussions are also underway with Tottenham for the potential signing of Davinson Sanchez, as per ‘L’Equipe’.

With only three days remaining in the summer transfer window, Stade Rennais is actively pursuing the addition of an experienced striker and a center-back to strengthen their squad. The capital club of Brittany has specifically targeted Bertug Yildirim and the potential transfer could be valued at €5 million, according to sources.

Bertug Yildirim, who spent last season on loan at Antalyaspor, managed to score two goals in 13 appearances. This season, he has already found the back of the net once in three games while playing for Hatayspor.

On the other hand, for the center-back position, Rennes is setting their sights on a player of much higher stature. They are currently in negotiations with Tottenham to potentially secure the services of Davinson Sanchez. Stade Rennais has submitted a bid of €9 million to Spurs in an effort to sign the 27-year-old Colombian defender.
