Missing Liverpool Clash: Six Chelsea Players Unable to Play
Chelsea has unveiled the list of players who will be absent from their Premier League opener against Liverpool on Sunday. Mauricio Pochettino will have to do without the services of Benoit Badiashile, Marcus Bettinelli, Armando Broja, Trevoh Chalobah, Wesley Fofana, and Christopher Nkunku.
Amidst the controversy surrounding Moises Caicedo, who plays for Brighton & Hove Albion and has attracted interest from both Chelsea and Liverpool, the Blues will kick off their Premier League campaign with a home game against Liverpool.

Unfortunately for Pochettino, several key players will be unavailable due to injury. The club announced the names of six players who will miss the opener at Stamford Bridge.
Benoit Badiashile, who sustained a groin injury during a training session, is progressing well and is expected to recover in time for the game against West Ham on August 20th.
On the other hand, Marcus Bettinelli, Armando Broja, Trevoh Chalobah, and Wesley Fofana will be sidelined for several weeks.
In addition, Christopher Nkunku, who was signed during the summer transfer window, is still recovering from knee surgery after sustaining an injury in a pre-season friendly against Borussia Dortmund at Soldier Field in Chicago.
