Minister Fiqi: Al-Shabaab blocks thousands and thousands from voting in direct elections

Mogadishu (AX) – Somalia’s Minister of Internal Affairs and Reconciliation, Ahmed Moalim Fiqi, conceded that Al-Shabaab is a serious impediment to holding direct elections in Somalia.
