Madrid prevails! Hazard shuns Montreal and sticks with Los Blancos!
Eden Hazard, the footballer currently playing for Real Madrid, has expressed his desire to stay on at the club until the end of his contract, despite not being given much playing time by coach Carlo Ancelotti. Reports suggest that a team from Major League Soccer, CF Montreal, has approached Hazard with a lucrative offer to move to Canada and become their star player. However, the Belgian has rejected the proposal and remains steadfast in his commitment to Real Madrid until June 2024. While the club management would reportedly prefer to see Hazard leave this summer due to his poor performance on the field, he seems determined to stick around for another year. This offer from Montreal is the first time Hazard has received interest from MLS, but for now, he intends to remain with his current team.
