Kenya: Ruto Visits China to Discuss Infrastructure Development
Nairobi — President William Ruto is currently in China, seizing the opportunity to showcase the potential for Kenya’s infrastructure development to Chinese businesses.
Attending the prestigious Third Belt and Road Forum in Beijing, Ruto utilized his X app to express the country’s eagerness in collaborating with like-minded partners to drive development amidst global challenges.
With a specific emphasis on enhancing our infrastructure, the Head of State expressed a desire to strengthen our relationship with China through the New Silk Road initiative.
In an earlier statement, State House spokesperson Hussein Mohamed highlighted that this convention in China has attracted numerous influential world leaders who intend to present their own infrastructure development proposals to China.
