Morocco take on Somalia on Day 2 of the Arab Futsal Cup
Morocco defeated Somalia 16-0 on the second day of the Arab Futsal Cup 2022 at the Ministry of Sports Hall in Dammam, with three other teams also claiming wins as the group tables begin to take shape.

The 10-team tournament runs until June 28.
In Group 1, Kuwait defeated Mauritania 7-2, before Morocco were followed by struggling Somalia.
After two rounds of matches, the Moroccans lead the table with six points, while Kuwait are second on three, ahead of Mauritania on goal difference. Somalia is at the bottom of the table with no points.
In the other three-team group, Iraq defeated Algeria 3-2 to lead the table on four points, three ahead of Egypt. The Pharaohs, who had a day off on Tuesday, return to action today against bottom of the table Algeria in the final round of the group stage.
Meanwhile, in Group 3, Libya beat Palestine 2-0, leaving both teams on three points, with the former leading the table on goal difference.
Saudi Arabia remain bottom of the group and must beat Libya on Wednesday night if they are to progress to Friday’s quarter-finals.
