Afro Deli founder Kahin named SBA Small Business Person of the Year for Minnesota

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) introduced Tuesday that Abdirahman Kahin, proprietor and CEO of Twin Cities-based Afro Deli and Grill, is the federal company’s Minnesota 2023 Small Business Person of the Year.

Afro Deli and Grill is a fast-casual fusion restaurant that provides freshly made African, Mediterranean, and American meals in a quick, exciting, and pleasant ecosystem.

In a announcement, Brian McDonald, SBA’s Minnesota District Director, reported the 45-year-old Kahin is a devoted commercial enterprise chief and that has additionally invested in his neighborhood.
