Woman rescued six days after house crash

She was conscious and was able to communicate with rescue workers about how to get her out without causing further damage, according to the state-run New China news agency.

The woman is the tenth person to be found alive in the remains of the house after the landslide, where the back of a six-storey building in the city of Changsha collapsed on April 29.

Rain showers in recent days, which have provided drinking water, should have increased the chances of survival for those who are stuck in the landslides.

At least five people died in the crash and many are still missing.
