Russian soldier sentenced on Monday

The Russian soldier has admitted that he shot lifeless a 62-year-old civilian man in Ukraine.

The man has apologized for his actions and through the trial he says that he was nervous and that he didn’t wish to kill.

The protection claims that the person didn’t wish to perform what he perceived as a direct order. According to the protection, the person didn’t obey instantly.

The protection additionally claims that the proof and testimonies directed in opposition to the 21-year-old aren’t adequate, and believes that the person has not been responsible of the crimes he’s accused of.

The soldier is suspected of getting shot the 62-year-old up shut from a stolen automotive. Prosecutors consider the person needs to be sentenced to life in jail.
