Wilson is approaching 12 million pounds in Fulham

Harry Wilson has agreed personal terms with Fulham ahead of a £ 12 million move from Liverpool.

The Wales international has failed to cement his place in the Reds’ starting XI since graduating from their academy and has been sent out on loan in five of the last six campaigns.

Jurgen Klopp is actively seeking reinforcements in the front line this summer after Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane both experienced overwhelming campaigns last season – but Wilson will not be offered his chance to claim a place in the first team at Anfield.

Athletic reports that the Welshman is about to secure a move to Fulham, with contract talks already over. Wilson has been given permission to leave Red’s training camp before the season in Austria and when a medicine is ready, the deal will be rubber-stamped.

A number of sites have asked about the possibility of moving for Wilson in recent years, with the Reds realizing that he had previously put a price tag of 25 million pounds on his head.

But their efforts to generate means of transmission have led them to lower their valuation of the 24-year-old to £ 15 million. The Cottagers were reluctant to match the price they had set, but an agreement has now been reached, with Liverpool receiving £ 12 million from the deal.

Wilson is not expected to be the last exit from Anfield this summer as Klopp looks to download some of the club’s wingers.

Liverpool have already sanctioned Marko Grujic’s departure to Porto for a fee believed to be in the region of £ 10 million, while Taiwo Awoniyi has joined Union Berlin for £ 6 million.

A number of other players are considered available for sale this summer, including Xherdan Shaqiri and Divock Origi, and it may be that Klopp will not be able to bring in more new faces until further sales have been confirmed.
