UEFA has confirmed the host cities for all Champions League finals until 2025.
The 2021 final was scheduled to take place in Istanbul but was eventually moved to Porto after the British government restricted travel to Turkey, which would have had a significant impact on finalists Chelsea and Manchester City.

Moving that game has affected the host cities in the next four tournaments. The St. Petersburg Stadium in Russia will retain the Champions League final in 2022, but UEFA confirmed on its official website that the 2023 exhibition will be played at Istanbul’s Atatürk Olympic Stadium.
The 2023 game, originally booked for Munich, Germany, has instead been pushed back to 2025, with Wembley in London retaining the rights for 2024.

In addition to the reorganized 2023 final, Istanbul will also host the European Club Season Kick-Off, which includes draws for the group stage of the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Europa Conference League, both 2021/22 and 2022/23.
In its bulletin, UEFA also cleared some of the clutter surrounding Dublin and Bilbao, two cities that would host Euro 2020 matches but eventually pulled out.

Neither city was able to meet UEFA’s updated COVID fan return guidelines at this summer’s tournament and were forced to withdraw from the competition, but UEFA still hopes that both will have the chance to host a big game.
Dublin has therefore been handed over to the 2024 Europa League final and Bilbao will take both the 2024 Women’s Champions League final and the 2025 Europa League final.
