Tottenham have confirmed that Toby Alderweireld has joined Qatari side Al-Duhail.

“He started both legs in the quarterfinals, semifinals and then the final of our 2018/19 Champions League run.

Spurs offered no news on how much they will receive from the sale of Alderweireld, although recent reports have suggested that a fee of £ 13 million had been agreed between the two teams.
