Oleksandr Zinchenko reveals Thierry Henry & Cesc Fabregas affect on Arsenal fandom

New Arsenal signing Oleksandr Zinchenko has admitted he has been a fan of the membership ever since Thierry Henry and Cesc Fabregas performed for them.

Zinchenko accomplished his long-awaited transfer from Manchester City on Friday, signing a long-term contract on the Emirates Stadium.

Speaking to the Gunners’ channels, the Ukrainian revealed that, like most of Arsenal’s signings, Henry performed a component in his admiration for the membership.

“First of all I would like to say that this is a boyhood dream come true because I was a big fan when I was a kid. Since Thierry Henry and young Cesc Fabregas played here, I just enjoyed watching those games, Arsenal And obviously I started to love this club, so I’m so excited and I can’t wait to play for this great club, said Zinchenko.

The 25-year-old has been reunited with former City assistant coach Mikel Arteta in north London, as well as forward Gabriel Jesus following his own summer move from the Etihad Stadium.

“It’s an awesome ambiance you realize, everyone seems to be so good, and all of the employees listed below are nice. I heard a whole lot of good issues from Manchester City individuals concerning the medical employees or no matter, the blokes working within the kitchen, the gamers and clearly Gabriel Jesus. So I heard it is an awesome ambiance,” Zinchenko continued.

“To be honest, we are close and I love him [Jesus] so much. He is my great friend and I would like to say that he was also involved in the discussions and all these things, so he has told me very good things about this great club and about this atmosphere, and the guys and everyone here, so I I am really impressed and so excited.

“I’m all the time in contact with him, even when he was at City or when he left, so I used to be all the time with him.”

On Arteta’s importance in switching from the Premier League champions, he added: “I would say that’s the most important role in my decision because I’ve known Mister for a while, I used to work with him at Manchester City.
