Somalia: PHA Deputy Director General meets Uganda Roads Authority officers

Somalia, Northeastern State – A delegation from the Northeastern State Highway Authority (PHA) led by the Deputy Director General, Mr. Abdirizak Mohamed Hayir, attended a gathering on the Uganda Road Authority (UNRA) headquarters in Kampala.

The assembly was a part of the Northeastern State Highway Authority’s recognition of varied components of the Ugandan authorities

The delegation, which additionally included members from southern and northern Somalia, shared their expertise of working with UNRA on highway upkeep and development.

Hayir and his delegation had a fruitful assembly with officers from the Uganda Roads Authority (UNRA) and mentioned how the 2 events may work collectively on highway experience, employees coaching and the change of highway research.

“We discussed how to share our experience in road construction, maintenance and survey, and they were fully committed to working with us as PHAs,” stated PHA Vice President , Abdirizak Mohamed Hayir.
