Somali militants declare to have killed 87 Ethiopian policemen within the Somali-Ethiopian border space

Mogadishu, Somalia (Axadle) Somalia’s militant group Al-Shabab, an Alqaeda’s Somalia affiliate, claimed on Thursday to have killed 87 Ethiopian Liyuu policemen from the Ethiopian Somali Regional State throughout assaults on Wednesday within the Bakool area.

Al-Shabab, which additionally stated it had crossed into Ethiopia on Wednesday, attacked the cities of Yeed and Aato. There are some sources that the police are combating the Shabab contained in the Afdheer area of Ethiopia.

“Our forces killed at least 87 soldiers Yeed and Aato camps and it is possible that the losses will increase,” Al-Shabab radio, Andalus revealed on its web page.

Al-Shabaab launched alleged photographs of Liyu police camps within the Somali cities of Yeed and Aato.

In a press release, the Ogaden National Liberation Front condemned the heinous assault by Shabab and known as on its members and the Somali folks of Ethiopia to cooperate with the safety forces.
