Somali forces kill 3 al-Shabab militants in southwest area

The Somali National Army (SNA) and forces from the southwest area killed three al-Shabab terrorists in a joint offensive within the area on Saturday, a neighborhood official stated.

A army official main the safety operation close to Tosweyne village in Bardale district instructed the Somali News Agency that a number of militants who’ve been terrorizing the locals escaped with critical accidents.

“The terrorists have harassed and displaced a number of individuals within the villages. This operation was meant to flush them out of Bardale district, Aidarus Abdullahi Sheikh, a commander who led the operation, instructed the information company.
