President Hassan Sheikh addresses the UN General Assembly

New York – Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud is predicted to handle the UN General Assembly’s 77th session in New York on Thursday.

President Mohamud is predicted to focus his speech on Somalia’s technique for stability and peace, preventing terrorism, responding to the drought and addressing all of the local weather challenges dealing with the Somali folks.

It was the primary time in three years that world leaders met in individual in New York.

The summit was opened by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, who warned of a “winter of global discontent” brought about by rising costs, a warming planet and lethal conflicts.

The leaders’ speech begins at 9 am (Eastern Time) and President Mohamud will likely be the tenth speaker of the day after Liberia’s George Weah.
