Tensions surrounding the former president’s candidacy
Tensions are running high in Bangui pending a ruling by the Constitutional Court on the validity of François Bozizé’s candidacyin the elections.
President Faustin-Archange Touadéra traveled to Bouars on Saturday for the end of the Faca (Central African Armed Forces) training ceremony of the European Union’s training mission in the Central African Republic, as well as the official handover of ammunition depots for Bouar’s garrison.
