Aubameyang Ready to Invest Financially in Rejoining Barca
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is eager to end his frustrating spell at Chelsea and wants to return to FC Barcelona. Inter Milan has also shown interest in the Gabon striker for the upcoming summer transfer window.
Aubameyang celebrated FC Barcelona’s victory over Real Madrid in the dressing room, which has caused Chelsea to consider terminating his contract, according to ‘Mundo Deportivo’.
‘Sport’ reports that the African striker told Xavi Hernandez of his intentions to return to Barcelona next summer, and is willing to accept a minimum salary that fits within the ‘Cules’ salary limit after his negative experience in London.
This season, Aubameyang made 18 appearances, with ten of them as starts, scoring three goals and providing one assist.
‘La Gazzetta dello Sport’ also reports that Inter Milan aims to convince Aubameyang with the help of ‘Nerazurri’ sporting director Giuseppe Marotta.
